The Essentials was born out of a genuine need for a solution to a problem. How to provide high quality, mini bathroom essentials for our Airbnb guests.

As the Airbnb and short stay market has grown, so too have guest expectations and we were searching for a product that could not only help us compete with hotels, but continue to set us apart.

The Essentials was started with one intention - to provide Airbnb and short stay hosts a range of high quality mini bathroom style essentials designed to improve their guest experience and ultimately to improve their business.

Our Company was founded with the guest in mind but was created for hosts. As Airbnb hosts ourselves, we are continuously looking to improve our business and we have found that the better the guest experience, the better our business.

We are obsessed with customer experience and we firmly believe we have two core customers. Airbnb hosts are our direct customers, these are the wonderful people who purchase our products in order to improve the experience of their guest, because they know it is the little things that count.

We also consider the guests our customers and design our products in a way that will make them smile.
